In our relentless efforts to provide best support services to our esteemed customers we have published a customer portal in our website where each customer can login and register support tickets and track their status. Provisions are made to register your valuable feedbacks as well. Every logged in user will have a dashboard where below given activities can be done:

Your email id registered with FACTS can be used to login to the Customer Portal. Please send a request to our support team (support@facts.ae) to receive your default password. You may change it after the initial login.
